Osimaga Duke, Lucky Nwafor, and Abdulrafiu Taiwo have all been listed as sought by Sunshine Stars.
According to the club, the three players have failed to join their teammates for pre-season training with the club’s permission.
The Owena Waves warned clubs and agents not to deal with the players in the area of transfer without their approval.
They further stated that the players are still contracted to Sunshine Stars and any move to illegally secure their services would attract a lawsuit.
Meanwhile, the rest of the team are currently in Akure in preparation for the upcoming 2024/25 NPFL season.
The Akure club are expected to take part in series of friendlies before the start of the new season.
