Gbenga Ogunbote, the technical adviser for Shooting Stars, has advised his team to prepare psychologically for the game against Plateau United.
Ogunbote emphasized the need for the players to expect a tough battle with the confidence of getting a positive result.
Shooting Stars will slug it out with Plateau United at the New Jos Stadium, Jos, on Sunday (today).
“We have everything going fine for us as we head into this game,” Ogunbote stated in an address to the players.
“But we must be aware of the fact that this is a team that is fighting to avoid the drop, so expect that they will come at us with force.
“All we need to do is be focused and play our game with a positive mindset.”
DAILY POST recalls that Shooting Stars held Plateau United to a goalless draw in the same fixture last season.
