Nacho set to leave Real Madrid for Saudi Pro League

ESPN reports that Real Madrid’s Nacho Fernandez, a defender, is close to signing a Saudi Pro League contract with Al Qadsiah.

Currently representing Spain at Euro 2024, Nacho, 34, had been in advanced negotiations with another Saudi club, Al Ittihad.

However, Al Qadsiah presented an offer that the defender has now accepted.

Nacho’s career at Real Madrid began when he joined the club’s youth academy at the age of 11.

Over the years, he has secured a joint-club record of 26 trophies with the La Liga giants.

With his contract set to expire at the end of this month, Nacho has been contemplating his future options.
