Former Anambra state governorship candidate of the Young Peoples Party (YPP), Senator Ifeanyi Uba narrowly escaped death Sunday as his convoy was attacked at Enugwu-Ukwu.
The business mogul was said to have been ambushed by heavily armed assassins who opened fire on his convoy.
Some of his aides were said to have been killed including some police officers.
One of our sources said the Senator managed to escape as his car was riddled with bullets.
