Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD was among the A-list dignitaries and guests who attended the ‘2023 Graduation Ceremony of Nigeria Tulip International College’.
He was the ‘Special Guest of Honour’ for the colourful event held at the International Conference Centre, ICC.Abuja.
Governor Radda also presented awards and certificates of excellence performance to some deserving students.
