Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation, NIDO has called on President Bola Tinubu to include citizens of the country living abroad in his cabinet.
The continental Chairman of NIDO Europe, Dr Bashir Obasekola made the appeal while speaking with journalists during a programme organised by the body in Abuja over the weekend.
He noted that President Tinubu had demonstrated his desire to work with Nigerians in the Diaspora during his time as the governor of Lagos state, which he maintained he would not deviate from as he picked his new cabinet as a President.
The NIDO Europe Chairman also spoke on the need for the 10th National Assembly to consider passing the bill allowing Diaspora Nigerians to vote in subsequent elections.Tinubu
