The sudden demise of Sound Sultan, one of Nigeria’s finest classical musician, has continued to stir disbelief amongst those who loved him. Annie Idibia who happens to be one of his loved ones has continued to mourn the artist who died on the 11th of July after battling with throat cancer and was also buried the same day according to Muslim rites.

Even after her husband had dropped a condolence message on his Instagram handle and promised the Sultan family that they would never be alone, Annie Idibia despite that is still shaken by his demise and wished it was one of those stories in the movies.
Annie took to her Instagram handle to lament that their lives would never be the same again. She expressed that since the news, she still finds it difficult to breathe and hard to sleep.
Sharing a picture of them together and referring to Sound Sultan as her Lanre, Annie Idibia revealed that he was the only man she also called “A Guy”. In exclamation, Annie Idibia said ;
” Heaven!! this is hard
Our lives can never be the same again!!!”
Annie Idibia further stated that the wife and children of Sound Sultan will never be alone.
