In Iyana-Ajia, Egbeda district, Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, there was mayhem when a petrol-laden tanker burst, burning two articulated trucks, one eighteen-seater bus, two commercial taxis, and three motorcycles.
As of the time of filing this report, the tanker is said to be burning while other affected vehicles have been turned to ashes.
The incident was said to have occurred on the Ibadan axis of the Ibadan-Ife Expressway, very close to the ongoing Iyana-Ajia bridge.
It was gathered that no life was lost in the incident.
