The owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, Osun State, Dr Rahman Adedoyin, has been found culpable in the murder of Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University.
Justice Oyebola Ojo, the Osun State Chief Judge, who found Adedoyin therefore sentenced him to death by hanging.
Justice Ojo made the declaration while reading his judgment during the ongoing trial of Adedoyin and other suspects in Osogbo.
Adegoke was killed in Adedoyin’s hotel in 2021.
