The Police has freed Nigeria’s Afrobeat star, Seun Kuti who has been in detention for assaulting a policeman on uniform.
Kuti was released Tuesday night on bail, from the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Lagos.
His freedom from detention was confirmed by his attorney, Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika, SAN, in a telephone interview with the Punch which first published the story this Tuesday morning.
