At least two people died while many were injured as gunmen attacked Swift and Cubana gardens and entertainment centers located near Independence Layout Enugu Saturday night.
An eye witness said the entire Swift Garden was shattered when the gunmen shot at the gatemen, gained entrance and shot sporadically at hundreds of fun seekers in the city.
The source who was at the venue when the incident took place said he personally sustained injuries which he described as not too serious, adding that the entire floored garden was filled with blood of the dead and the injured.
He said one of the gunmen was overpowered and apprehended by the security men at Swift Garden after bullets in his gun got exhausted.
