The Labour Party governorship candidate for Plateau state Patrick Dakum has congratulated the winner of the election, Caleb Mutfwang of the PDP.
In a video sent to Nationwide Reports few minutes after the official result was announced Monday, Dakum was seen speaking with the PDP candidate and promised to support him in whatever way possible.
